Meet the Murdochs
Residents of the Verde Valley for over eighteen years, Rachel (myself) and Mike are excited to be running this business for our friends and neighbors and their awesome pets. We are raising our children in this great area and are enjoying this family business. Although Mike is still a working Firefighter for the City of Phoenix, he is able to help me out at the shop when not on shift. We have already met so many great people and appreciate all of the wonderful referrals we have been given. I truly belive people are appreciating the personal touch their pets get at our clean facility. One groomer, means I get to know your pet and the customer and pet, get to feel comfortable with me as well! Graduated from Penn Foster Career School with a Certificate of Pet Grooming achieved.
Reliable and Trustworthy Groomers
When you live a busy life, it may be hard to consistently provide the attention and care that your pets need to keep their coats healthy and tangle free. With regularly scheduled appointments at the groomers, you are ensuring your pet is free from painful matts, dirty ears, overgrown nails and fleas or tics.
Comfortable Experience
It is important for pets to be comfortable at the groomers. Start them young if possible, and schedule an appropriate number of visits per year. Pets must learn to be okay when not with their owners, as well as comfortable with the sounds and experiences (baths, blowers, and having their paws touched) at the groomers. We will take it slow and steady.

Absolutley. While very few groomers in our area are willing to see cats because of a cats difficult and sometimes dangerous behavior on a grooming table, I am willing to try. Not all cats can be groomed without causing too much stress to the animal, but give me a call and we can see how it goes. I have been very fortunate to have some great cats that are now regulars to the groom shop.
Cash, check or Zelle are the only payments accepted. Thank you!
No you do not. Walk-ins are welcome 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You can call ahead to make sure the day isn't too busy if you would like.
Appointment times generally range from 2 to 3 hours depending on the services being provided. You will be notified when your pet is clean and ready for pick-up.
